This Sea Eagle Bracelet is hand-carved in 14 karat gold by Kwakwaka´wakw Artist Joe Wilson from the Namgis First Nation.

Sea Eagle, or Kwigwis, is a supernatural being from Kwakwaka'wakw mythology that acts as Eagle's counterpart in the Undersea Kingdom. Those to whom Kwigwis appeared were said to be blessed by the encounter.

The bracelet is close to 6 1/8 inches or 15 1/2 centimeters long, 3/4 inch or about 1 3/4 centimeters wide and the weight is 25.4 grams or 0.9 ounces.
